Thank you for considering our movement studio at WellSpring Wellness Center for your practice or work. You will find it to be a lovely place with great energy, a wonderful community of gifted practitioners, and an easy system for renting it.
The room is 400 square feet and includes a yoga wall and hammocks, hardwood floors and lots of natural light. The space can accommodate about 10 people with yoga mats. There are folding chairs available and props. There is a nice waiting area where you can hang your jackets and leave your shoes, and a bathroom in the building. We have plenty of parking spaces! If the main lot is full you are welcome to park in the back parking lot of Groce UMC and use the cross walk to cross Governor’s View.
Please reach out to Terry Hasty after reserving your space so she can tell you how to get into the building and how to lock up when you leave. If you would like to see the space before reserving it, please contact Terry to arrange a time to stop by; she is happy to show you around! Terry's cell phone: (828) 280-2486
Because this is a shared space, we ask that you follow these protocols to ensure the space is always nice for the next person:
If you use any props, please clean them after use.
There is a Swiffer in the closet in the movement studio; please run that over the floor as you wrap up.
Please check the bathroom and just make sure it looks neat, no trash on the floor, etc.
It is imperative you lock the door behind you; the massage therapists downstairs have their own entrance and do not come upstairs to lock that door.
If anything is amiss, please let Terry know.
NOTES
Massages are going on downstairs every day except Sunday and Monday so please be mindful of that and respective of them and their clients.
Only use the upstairs bathroom and do not go downstairs into the massage area.
We ask that you lock the front door to WellSpring when you are in the movement studio.
We also have a classroom with a Smart TV, tables and chairs, surround sound speakers available for rent. Please contact Terry Hasty at (828) 280-2486 for more information.
