Ferris’s yoga classes are structured, and yet organic. She integrates her knowledge of anatomy and physiology with ancient yogic methods and philosophy to create a transformative experience for all people, regardless of their physical abilities. Ferris is excited to bring Hot Yatra Yoga to Asheville. She believes this unique form of yoga is not just about mat mechanics. She describes Hot Yatra as a pathway into our most pure self.
